Valorie is the 1st assistant to the owner of BAIL-EY BONDS and a dedicated member of the team since 2019, she carries a wealth of knowledge to the company as a whole. With years of hands-on experience in the field and working along the side of Grayson, she has built a reputation for sharp instincts, professionalism, and unwavering commitment to her clients. Valorie keeps the wheels in motion connecting all facets of the business together so that the office runs smoothly and professional.  She also understands that the bail process can feel overwhelming. She works closely with clients and their families to provide clear guidance, honest communication, and respectful support every step of the way. Her steady presence in high-pressure situations helps bring confidence and calm to what can often be a stressful time. Valorie takes pride in serving her community and making a complicated system feel more manageable for the people who rely on her.

Eddie having a ton of experience, has been a dedicated bail bondsman serving clients at BAIL-EY BONDS since 2016. He works closely with individuals and families to help get their loved ones out of jail and supports them throughout the process to help ensure they stay on the right track moving forward. Eddie brings a calm, approachable presence to what can often be a stressful time for clients. His ability to connect with people, explain complex situations clearly, and provide a steady guidance has made him a trusted figure in his community. Committed both to his work and his personal well-being, Eddie enjoys exercising and staying active — a habit that helps him bring energy and focus to every client interaction.

Natalie Ferlito

Bond Agent – Payment/Collection Specialist – Office Staff

Natalie is a friendly, reliable, and professional team member at BAIL-EY BONDS, where she specializes in taking and processing bond payments. Since joining the company in October 2025, Natalie, leading our payments and collections department, has been committed to ensuring our clients’ experience is a smooth, clear, and supportive process while dealing with one of the most sensative parts of the business duiring stressful times. A graduate of Airline High School (Class of 2017).  Her dedication to learning and professional growth reflects her long‑term commitment to the bail bond industry and to better serving clients and the community. Known for her positive attitude, strong communication skills and dependable work ethic, Natalie takes pride in creating a welcoming environment for everyone she assists. Outside of work, she enjoys spending her free time with her beloved dog (Moose), who keeps her active, grounded, and smiling.

Robert Huck

Robert has been a dedicated member of the BAIL-EY BONDS team since 2023. Robert, who was a bondsman in the 80’s, was able to jump right in and work long hours to ensure our clients were able to get out of jail the fastest way possible.  Robert is always there and ready to go anytime we need him.

Greg Atnip has been a dedicated member of the BAIL-EY BONDS team since September 2016, serving as both a Fugitive Recovery Agent and a Bondsman. Born and raised in the Shreveport/Bossier area, Greg is now a dedicated Fugitive Recovery Agent who brings a strong local knowledge and a deep understanding of the community he serves. Before entering the bail bond industry, Greg worked as a service industry manager, where he developed a strong work ethic, leadership skills, and a commitment to customer service. His background allows him to approach every situation with professionalism, accountability, and a focus on helping clients navigate challenging circumstances with confidence. Greg is proud to serve the Shreveport/Bossier community and remains committed to providing dependable, responsive support when it matters most.
